2021 Tax Receipt Questions

Website / CanadaHelps
Online donations through our Donate page were processed through CanadaHelps. They will email or mail you your tax receipt. To access it again, you just need to log into your CanadaHelps account.

Facebook / PayPal
If you donated in Canada through Facebook or PayPal, your donation was processed by the PayPal Giving Fund charity. They will issue your tax receipt. You can find out more or track your donation here.

Cash / Cheque
If you donated by cash or cheque by mail or through a fundraiser, your tax receipt has already been sent by email or letter mail. If you've lost it or it hasn't arrived, please contact us for a reprinted digital copy.

If you made a cash donation at a pop-up store or booth without asking for a tax receipt or filling out a form for one, or you purchased the 'Support' item that used to be in the store, you will not receive a tax receipt.
